Hi, I’m Tanner
I started Legacy Hill Construction because I’ve always believed that homes hold stories — and those stories deserve to be preserved, not erased. Coming from an environmental engineering background, I understand the importance of sustainability and building responsibly. When I began working in construction and real estate, I saw how many homes were dismissed as “too old,” even when they had meaningful history and beautiful potential.
Legacy Hill was created to restore those homes with intention. My goal is to help homeowners update their spaces in ways that respect the craftsmanship that came before while preparing the home for its next chapter. Whether someone is getting ready to sell or settling in for the long term, I want them to feel proud of the story their home continues to tell.
